Terms of use

1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the CoraMisa Partner Portal. The portal lets approved partners connect TikTok accounts, track posts marked with our official brand hashtag, and follow their earnings. By using the portal you accept these terms.

2. Access and accounts

The service is invitation-only and available to individuals aged 18 or older. Accounts are created by CoraMisa; you cannot register yourself. You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse of your account.

3. Connecting TikTok

Connecting a TikTok account is voluntary and happens through TikTok's official login. You grant CoraMisa read-only access to your basic public profile and your list of published posts, used solely to identify posts containing #coramisa and to count their views. You may connect several accounts and disconnect any of them at any time, which deletes the stored access token.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to your content and remain responsible for it, including compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable advertising and disclosure rules. Content that is unlawful, misleading, or in breach of those rules may be excluded from earnings.

5. Earnings and payouts

Earnings are calculated from the views counted for qualifying posts multiplied by your agreed rate per 1,000 views. Views for a calendar month are totalled on the first day of the following month. Amounts shown in the portal before that point are estimates and may be adjusted, for example if views are removed by TikTok or if fraud is detected. Payouts are made to the details you save in your profile; keeping those details correct is your responsibility. You are responsible for your own taxes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not buy views or engagement, use bots or other artificial traffic, attempt to access other partners' data, or interfere with the portal's operation. Doing so may lead to forfeited earnings and removal from the program.

7. Availability and changes

The portal is provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to partners by email.

8. Termination

You may stop using the portal and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms or the partner agreement are breached. Earnings already correctly accrued remain payable.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal and TikTok data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
